Warranty & Returns

Refurbished items: Nate's PC Solutions offers a 30-day warranty for all 'refurbished' items (unless otherwise stated) starting from the date of purchase. If the item is faulty or stops working as intended (not including anything listed under 'Refurbished Warranty Exclusions'), we will repair the item for you. If we are unable to repair the item, an equivalent or better replacement will be provided (subject to availability). We have a 7-day return period for faulty items - we can provide either repair, exchange or refund. No refunds will be given outside of this 7-day return period. You must supply the receipt for any returns or warranty claims.

Warranty/Return Exclusions for refurbished items:

• Items that are damaged, misused, modified, abused, overclocked or tampered with by the client

• Items damaged during transport by purchaser or third party transport/courier service

• Change of mind

• Hard Drives

• Batteries

• Ink/Toner/Drums & printer consumables

• Projector globes & consumables

• Software (Windows, drivers & any software loaded on by the purchaser)

• General wear/tear, scratches, blemishes, marks & discolouration

• Noise (sounds, fans, coil whine and cooling components)

New items: Any item that is brand new will come with a standard manufacturer's provided warranty. Nate's PC Solutions will be happy to exchange or refund an item within 7-days (receipt required) from the original purchase date if an item is faulty or defective. If a new item has a fault after those 7 days, the customer will have to contact the manufacturer for replacement/repair. Returns of new items are not accepted if it; is damaged by the customer, misused, modified, abused, overclocked (if applicable), tempered with, or damaged during transport from the customer. An item cannot be returned for damaged box/packaging unless the item itself is damaged.

Nate's PC Solutions does not accept returns if you've changed your mind, purchased the wrong item, or didn't understand what you were buying. We recommending asking us or researching to see if the item you are purchasing will suit your needs.

Payment

Payment for any product must be made prior to or upon collection/delivery of that item. 

The following payment methods can be used:

• Card - EFTPOS, MasterCard, American Express, JCB (1.4% transaction fee)

• Cash

• Bank Transfer (must clear before releasing goods)

• Zeller Invoice (1.7% transaction fee)

Please note that any refunds are given from the payment method used.

Services

If you are seeking our services that are charged by an hourly labour rate, a minimum upfront payment of 1 hour must be made - this is non-refundable. If we are unable to complete the work, you are not eligible for a refund for the labour charge. We will try our best to give you as much information about the service and what can go wrong or incompatibilities before we commence the work to avoid any surprises. 

Additional Information

• If a computer doesn't have an activated copy of Windows, this means that Windows will function normally, but you will not be able to modify cosmetics and there will be a small watermark on the bottom right hand side. The computer will still function as intended.

• A tax invoice/receipt is available with every order from Nate's PC Solutions and must be retained if needing to make a warrant claim with Nate's PC Solutions or the item's manufacturer.

• Computers that are brought in for repair or servicing must be collected within 30 days of completion/original communication, or they will be forfeit and become the property of Nate's PC Solutions.

• We recommend to research compatibility for any parts and peripherals to ensure they will work before purchasing, and we do not accept returns for incompatibility issues.

• For gaming computers, all gaming performance results provided should only be taken as a guide. Actual gaming performance may vary depending on settings, resolution, drivers, updates, etc. We do not take any responsibility for different gaming performance.

• Images on our website are typically stock photos and may not show the exact item. We recommend taking a look at the item in person before committing to the purchase.
